My counseling practice integrates the profound insights of Buddhist psychology, Depth Hypnosis and Applied Shamanism*, into a holistic healing approach. 

I help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom to guide them in healing traumas, depression, anxiety, and releasing patterns that no longer benefit them. Each session is tailored to address individual needs, guiding clients on their distinct spiritual paths to wholeness.
